BILLING INQUIRES:

1) Can I use a P.O. Number and ship it to my home?
When using a district or school Purchase Order, we must ship to the district, school or warehouse that is responsible
for paying the bill. We can, however, ship to a home address as long as the order is prepaid (charge card, check or
money order) prior to processing the order.

FOOTBALL INQUIRES:

1) May I order only one pair of football helmet decals?
The process used to make a decal is not cost effective to do less then the minimum 15 pairs required. However, we
do offer to do black and white or colored paper proofs on artwork once an order is placed.

ARTWORK INQUIRES:

1) Can I send in my own artwork?
Yes, we would be happy to use your original artwork and produce the product from that. Most of the time, the layout
and design of the artwork we receive from schools allows us not to charge art charges. At times, however, based on
the detail of the artwork we receive, an art charge of $60 per hour may incur. (Should art charges incur, it can’t be
determined until we receive the artwork.)

2) All I need is artwork done at this time?
Because it would not be cost effective or time efficient to do custom artwork without an actual order, we do require
an order before any kind of artwork can be done. We do, however, have thousands of mascots, letter combos and
words available to send to you at your request, without an order in production.

3) Can I use one of your mascots as an award decal?
Absolutely. If the mascot chosen were considered a “stock” mascot, there would be no minimum required to order
it as an award decal (aside from the standard $25.00 catalog order). If the mascot you choose is not considered a
“stock” mascot, there would be a minimum of 10 sheets per design, per color required to order it as an award decal.

SHIRT INQUIRIES:

1) If I am using one of your shirt designs, do I need to pay a set up fee?
Yes. The setup fee covers the cost of the screen to imprint, not for the design itself.

2) If I just ordered T-shirts and need to reorder do I need to pay the setup charge again?
Yes. The setup charge, which covers the cost of the screen, is applied each time an order is placed because the
screen needs to be made for each individual order.

3) What T-shirt colors do you offer?
Fruit of the Loom shirts are available in the following colors: White, Ash Grey, Royal, Red, Gold, Kelly, Orange,
Forest Green, Burgundy, Navy, Purple, Black, and Natural. We also offer White in Champion shirts and Oxford
Grey in the Russell shirts. To see the colors, check out one of our catalogs. If you don't have one, you can

4) Can the Signature or Uniform shirts with numbers ship the same or next day the order is placed?
Unfortunately because of the printing process on these shirts, the same or next day production offer is not an option
for these shirts.

1) What colors do you offer for decals and/or printing on shirts, throws, etc?
We offer 23 standard athletic colors as follows: White, Black, Maroon, Cardinal Red, Dark Red, Scarlet Red,
Columbia Blue, Air Force Blue, Royal Blue, Light Navy Blue, Navy Blue, Teal, Aqua, Kelly Green, Forest Green,
Yellow Gold, Metallic Old Gold, Metallic Vegas Gold, Orange, Purple, Light Grey, Grey and Brown.

2) What Table Cover Fabric Colors do you offer?
Table covers are available in Black, Navy, Red, Burgundy, Silver, Hunter, Teal, Grey, Bone, White, Purple, Gold,
and Royal. (Free Swatch available on request).
